Invoil 37

Invoil 37 is an ester based high vacuum pump fluid  specially formulated and designed for vacuum booster diffusion pumps and proven effective in large ring jet booster pumps.  This fluid exhibits high oxidation resistance and rapid pumpdown characteristics.  It has been frequently used as an economical substitute for expensive silicon based fluids.
