Inland 602, 603, and 45ZX are crystal clear synthetic aliphatic hydrocarbons.   They are compatible with hydrocarbon fluids and are targeted for corrosive applications.  Synthetic lubricants offer excellent vapor pressures and lubricating properties.  The volatility of these products is very low, comparable to that of silicone fluids, providing less backstreaming to produce a cleaner vacuum.  Inland 602, 603, and 45Zx can be used in applications involving high vapor loads or where acids may be present.
